It may seem like a lot of money up front but for the amount of meat and the quality you get, it would be around $30/week if you ordered a 1/2 a beef or roughly from hoof into your freezer $5.40-$6.80/lb. (depending on your cuts, organs and if beef is deboned) for all the different cuts from hamburger to sirloin steaks. At the store you're buying meat that is likely NOT raised in the USA with lots of additives, including MGO grains and food coloring. Stores even puff up ground beef to make it look bigger! You will be amazed at how much quality beef you get. 100% Grass-fed beef usually costs $6.50-8/lb just for hamburger! We try to keep our prices affordable.
You may wish to take your own beef to a processor of your choice or butcher it yourself!
